How does your energy provider rate?

The Energy and Water Ombudsman of Victoria (EWOV) has released it’s 2018 Annul Report.  


EWOV’s primary purpose is dispute resolution and in the last financial year received a volume increase of 8% on the previous year at 34,524 cases.


At 36% of issues, the main reasons for dispute were notably billing: high bill accounting for 1,764 cases, billing errors 1,409 cases and tariff 1,349 cases.
